TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE

PRICES AND PAYMENT METHODS:
All prices include 8% VAT. Prices do not include delivery costs, however delivery is free of charge for orders over four units to anywhere in mainland Spain and the Balearics.
In the event of delivery to the Canary Islands and elsewhere outside Spain, please request a delivery quote before placing your order. All prices are valid unless in the event of a typographical error. All payments are processed using Paypal.

DELIVERY METHODS AND CONDITIONS:
Deliveries take place on weekdays. Deliveries usually take place within 24 hours of an order being placed (subject to weekends, public holidays and location). Just Married guarantees that all orders shall be processed within two working days. We will always notify you if an order is delayed for whatever reason (transport strike, stock issues etc).

Products damaged during transportation:
If you realise that the item you have purchased has been damaged or ruined during transportation, it must be reported within the immediate 24 hours following delivery. If we receive such a notification, we will collect the item and dispatch a replacement as soon as possible. If the packaging has been damaged or torn open this must be recorded in the transportation company’s delivery note.
Extract from Paragraph 366 in the Trade and Commerce Regulation Law: In the event of any damage or breakage which is discovered upon opening the packages, a claim to the delivery company may be made within the 24 hours immediately following receipt of the merchandise. If there are no external signs of damage or breakage which may lead to a claim being made, this is only permitted upon receipt of goods. Once the terms have elapsed, or the freight costs have been paid, claims to the delivery company with regard to the condition of the delivered goods can no longer be made.

Faulty goods:
All of our products have an 18 month shelf life, the date of which is displayed on the tin.
If here is any doubt regarding the quality of a product we will immediately either replace it with exactly the same product or proceed to reimburse using the same payment method.
In the event that you are not satisfied with your order, there is (by Law) a seven day window from the date of receipt during which you can request a refund. To request a refund the products must be in perfect condition and you must state the reason for return. The customer will pay for the dispatch costs; once the returned goods have been received, the cost of the products will be refunded to the purchaser within 7 days, using the same payment method. Returns due to an error during order placement will not be accepted. Claims made by customers following errors during the order placement offer no grounds for any type of return.
